Terms of Service for AI Influencer

1. Introduction

Welcome to AI Influencer, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered image & text generation application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and AI Influencer ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the AI Influencer application and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using AI Influencer, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use AI Influencer.

  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or promotes violence or harm.
  • Content that violates privacy or publicity rights.
AI Influencer reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these ToS.
