1. Introduction

This policy explains how Kawaii, Inc. ("we") collects, uses and shares information when you use AI Influencer ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in, and a username we assign.
• Photos and prompts: the reference photos you upload, the text prompts you write, and the images and videos generated from them.
• Billing information: purchase and subscription records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Usage data: generation history, credit balances, and technical logs such as timestamps and error messages.

3. AI data processing

To provide AI features, the Service sends your text, images and other input to third-party AI platforms for processing. These platforms currently include OpenAI (image generation, image editing and content moderation), fal (video generation, using Google video models), Replicate (image upscaling) and OpenRouter (prompt planning, using OpenAI language models). Your inputs are processed by these providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and may be retained by them for a limited period for abuse monitoring.

4. How we use information

• To create your influencer and generate images and videos you request.
• To screen uploads and prompts for prohibited content.
• To manage credits, subscriptions and payments.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. Storage and retention

Reference photos and generated content are stored on Google Cloud so you can view and reuse them. They remain until you delete the influencer or creation, or delete your account. Generated files are served from public, unguessable URLs; do not share links you want to keep private. Photos that fail moderation are deleted immediately and not retained.

6. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting and authentication, Stripe for payments, OpenAI, fal, Replicate and OpenRouter for AI processing), when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.

7. Your rights

You can delete influencers and creations at any time from the Service. To delete your account and all associated data, or to access or correct your information, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

10. Children

The Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and photos may not depict minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
